Rotary Eddy Current Testing Device

A rotary eddy current testing device capable of detecting flaws both inline and offline!

The "Rotating Eddy Current Testing Device" is capable of eliminating cutter noise and vibration noise generated within the factory by adopting a line noise-resistant sensor. For endless materials used in-line, it performs testing on almost the entire circumference, and for fixed-length materials used offline, it tests with minimal dead zones at the ends. Additionally, a device for removing oil stains and dust from the surface of round steel is installed on the input side conveyor of the offline testing device, which helps reduce false signals and improve detection accuracy. 【Features】 ■ Capable of eliminating cutter noise and vibration noise generated within the factory ■ Testing can be performed both in-line and offline ■ Accommodates longitudinal scratches ■ Protects the sensor from damage with safety devices ■ Capable of storing 500 memory data *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

P.A.Q. System

Introduction of a system capable of detecting artificial defects with a width of 0.1mm, depth of 0.1mm, and length of 5mm or more.

The "P.A.Q. System" conducts eddy current testing just before cold forging, allowing it to detect not only material and processing defects identified during wire drawing but also handling defects that occur between wire drawing and cold forging. By employing a high-performance sensor with noise reduction mechanisms, it can detect artificial defects with a width of 0.1mm, a depth of 0.1mm, and a length of 5mm or more. Additionally, the use of guide rollers with centering functions and vibration absorption devices helps suppress machine vibrations, enabling stable testing. 【Features】 ■ Conducts eddy current testing just before cold forging ■ Detects not only material and processing defects identified during wire drawing but also handling defects that occur from wire drawing to cold forging ■ Adoption of high-performance sensors with noise reduction mechanisms ■ Capable of detecting artificial defects with a width of 0.1mm, a depth of 0.1mm, and a length of 5mm or more ■ Stabilizes testing by suppressing machine vibrations with centering function guide rollers and vibration absorption devices *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
